Job summary

Concentrix in Brisbane CBD is seeking part-time inbound Customer Service Officers to assist Australians with everyday enquiries. You’ll speak with customers via phone, email and chat, guiding them through simple steps and delivering helpful service experiences.

No prior call centre experience is required. You’ll receive paid full-time training and ongoing support, with potential part-time opportunities available after completing the training.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.

No two days are the same. You'll be:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Listening carefully to customer needs and finding solutions
• Managing customer records accurately
• Helping customers access services and digital channels
• Resolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service goals
• Onsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
