• Assist with general administrative and stores duties as required by the Branch Manager.

Our client is a world leader in reinforced polymer technology, and an ISO 9001 accredited manufacturer and distributor of high-performance, fluid power hydraulic and pneumatic products.

They are hiring a customer service representative to work at their Campbellfield service centre, Monday to Friday.

This is an immediate start to a full-time, salaried position.

Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior industry experience is not required.

Day to day duties of this position include:

• Sale of products in a face-to-face selling situation at the trade counter.
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers.
• Respond to customer product enquiries received by telephone or email
• Process customer orders and liaise with warehouse staff and machine shop supervisor as required to ensure timely and accurate supply.
• Measure cylinders using vernier calipers and micrometres as required, to ascertain correct seal for the application. This may require conversion of imperial to/from metric.
• Support branch administration processes in relation to invoicing, packing slips and payments.
• Actively resolve customer complaints regarding products and services.
• Assist as needed with administrative, stores duties, and other duties as required from time to time by the Branch Manager.
