Responsibilities

• Sell products face-to-face at the trade counter.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Process customer orders and liaise with warehouse staff and machine shop supervisor to ensure timely and accurate supply.
• Measure cylinders using vernier calipers and micrometres to ascertain correct seal; may involve imperial/metric conversion.
• Support branch administration with invoicing, packing slips and payments.
• Actively resolve customer complaints regarding products and services.
• Assist with general administrative and stores duties as required by the Branch Manager.
