TSA Group - Australia is currently seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Perth office. You will handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries, and guide customers through digital and self-service options.

You will use several computer systems to record interactions and ensure positive outcomes. Training is provided; prior contact centre experience is not required.

• Based in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
• Australian citizenship required.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Perth.
