Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception or contact centre.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome.
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Scheduling experience or a background in trades customer service is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey: Turn inbound customer calls into booked service jobs — you’ll own it from hello to done!
• Deliver 5-star experiences: Provide a smooth, 5-star customer experience every single time.
• Make outbound calls: Reach out to selected customers to create extra service opportunities.
• Keep records up to date: Maintain accurate customer details so our teams are set up for success.
• Level up your skills: Take part in regular training to build your communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solve issues with confidence: Handle customer issues with confidence, positivity, and a “let’s get this sorted” attitude.
