Job summary

Human Resources Focus – Smeaton Grange NSW is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to create exceptional customer experiences from the first contact through to installation. This full-time role involves engaging with families, answering questions, and guiding them to the right next steps, with Saturday rotation.

The successful candidate will be the central link between customers, consultants, and the broader team, maintaining CRM records and nurturing leads throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to help customers and build trust.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with CRM systems and customer data management.
• Sales experience is helpful but not essential; attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to all new enquiries by phone and email.
• Create an outstanding first impression for every prospective customer.
• Build trust through genuine conversations, not scripted sales pitches.
• Understand each customer’s project, goals and priorities.
• Qualify opportunities and gather information for Pool Consultants.
• Help customers understand options and expectations throughout the process.
• Match qualified enquiries with the most appropriate Pool Consultant.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Nurture customers not ready to move forward to stay engaged.
• Collaborate with sales and construction teams to ensure a great customer experience.
