RAE.CO Plumbing in Newcastle is seeking a personable Customer Service professional to own the customer journey from first phone call to booked and completed service.

You will thrive in a busy, friendly environment, delivering 5-star experiences, handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and keeping records up to date. Training and career development are offered, with a supportive team and regular social events.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception or contact centre.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome.
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Scheduling experience or a background in trades customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
