Service Experts Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a warm, capable and genuinely helpful Customer Care Representative to join our team in Erina.

We’re a busy plumbing and electrical business with a close-knit team who genuinely work together. We’re relaxed and down-to-earth as people, but we care a lot about doing a great job — for our customers and for each other.

This role would suit someone who is calm, organised and self-motivated, enjoys talking to people and is naturally the type to pitch in and help wherever needed.

There’s no real “that’s not my job” mentality in our business. If someone is under the pump, we help them. If something needs doing, we get it done.

The role

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and will play an important part in keeping the day running smoothly.

Your day will include:

• Answering customer calls and enquiries
• Booking and coordinating plumbing and electrical appointments
• Following up with customers and keeping them updated
• Managing emails, customer information and general administration
• Liaising with technicians and supporting the wider team as needed

No two days are exactly the same, so you’ll need to be comfortable changing priorities, thinking on your feet and jumping in where needed.

Our Erina office and wider team

This role will be based in our Erina office, where you’ll have other team members working alongside you at different times throughout the week.

Our Customer Service team is also connected by Zoom throughout the day, so although team members may be working from different locations, you’ll be interacting with them in real time — chatting, asking questions, helping each other and staying connected throughout the day.

Because of this, you’ll need to be comfortable being on Zoom for most of the working day and communicating naturally with the team this way.

The person we’re looking for

Experience in customer service, administration, reception, bookings or a service-based business would be ideal, but personality and attitude matter enormously to us.
