Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service & Order Administration professional in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support orders from receipt through dispatch, liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Supply Chain to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate records.

You will engage with customers, manage order amendments, cancellations, returns and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing or sales administration.
• Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and data.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up actions.
• Competent with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; able to learn ERP/order systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with prompt, accurate support.
• Process customer orders accurately including item codes, quantities, pricing and delivery details.
• Monitor open/back orders, check stock availability and update delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Supply Chain to manage dispatches and resolve issues.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed of status, delays and changes.
