Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre, healthcare, retail or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and lens solution advice to customers.
