Job summary

EssilorLuxottica, head-office in North Sydney, seeks an eCommerce Project Coordinator to deliver projects across Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray-Ban, Clearly and Oakley. You’ll manage requirements, stakeholders, UAT, releases and post-launch support, using data to improve online experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital, or project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Attention to detail with a structured, solutions-focused approach.
• Analytical mindset to turn insights into actions.
• Proactive, customer-first mindset with Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eCommerce projects from planning to go-live with timelines and stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT and release activities including testing and post-launch support.
• Use data and customer insights to identify issues and drive improvements to the customer experience.
• Support readiness by coordinating processes and documentation for new projects and enhancements.
• Prepare updates, identify risks and dependencies to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital Product, Customer Care, Retail Ops and Supply Chain to deliver outcomes.
