EssilorLuxottica in North Sydney is seeking an collaborative E-commerce Project Coordinator to help deliver projects across Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray-Ban and Oakley. You will manage requirements, coordinate stakeholders and drive improvements to online customer experiences.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers training, cross-functional exposure and the chance to impact high-profile digital brands while working in a hybrid setup near North Sydney.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital, project coordination or a related environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• The ability to analyse information, identify issues and turn insights into practical actions.
• Experience with UAT, JIRA or digital platforms is advantageous but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate eCommerce projects from planning through go-live, keeping timelines, actions and stakeholders on track.
• Coordinate UAT and release activities, including testing, defect tracking, stakeholder follow-ups and post-launch support.
• Use operational data and customer insights to identify issues and opportunities, and support practical improvements to the customer experience.
• Support operational readiness by coordinating processes, documentation and stakeholder activities for new projects, features and enhancements.
• Prepare project updates and reporting, identifying risks, issues and dependencies to support informed decision-making.
• Work closely with Technology, Digital Product, Customer Care, Retail Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful outcomes.
