Nutrimetics Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator to support consultants across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle calls, emails, and online chats, providing accurate information on accounts, orders, and promotions to ensure a positive consultant experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will contribute to a tight-knit team, maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, and assist with administrative tasks that keep the CSC running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in client-facing customer service.
• Experience handling accounts, orders, and inquiries.
• Able to navigate multiple internal systems.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

About the role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Operator (internally known as Consultant Support Centre (CSC) Operator) to join our small but tight-knit team. This is a customer-facing role, integral in providing support to our consultants in Australia and New Zealand, creating a positive interaction and memorable experience, every time.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Receiving and managing call contacts in a confident, efficient and timely manner, including responding to enquiries relating to accounts, orders, promotions and incentives, and product content descriptions and returns

Providing responses to online web chat

Managing all email correspondence in a timely manner

Ensuring up to date knowledge of all current promotions, incentives, events and training programs

Auditing of Consultant account history and following corporate guidelines on credit control

Providing administrative support to the wider team

Essential requirements of this role

Completion of HSC or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a client-facing customer service role, receiving calls and responding to written correspondence, within a Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing team

Ability to navigate through multiple internal systems to ensure accurate recording and sharing of information

Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and work on duties concurrently

High level of attention to detail

Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and willingness to 'go the extra mile'
