Job summary

Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer for a casual role at Rooty Hill NSW. You will deliver prompt, professional service in person, over the phone and by email, and foster positive client interactions.

Key tasks include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records, and supporting upsell of services while coordinating across gymnastics and aquatic programs. NSW WWCC and Australian work rights are required.

The day-to-day:

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customerservice
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently andeffectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions andtransactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customersatisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services

Our perfect fit:

Someone who has a high level of customer service and data entryexperience, excellent presentation and clear communication skills.You must be able to keep up to date with current class times acrossthe Gymnastics and Aquatic programs and have an ability to provideinformation on our products and services. Someone who is able towork across a 7-day roster within the times of Monday -Friday 5:45am to 7:30pm and Saturday - Sunday7:30am to 5pm on a casual basis.

What you will need to be considered?

• Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face andover the phone
• General knowledge of sport and recreational industry isadvantageous
• Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task with precision
• Ability to quickly learn about the precinct and the classes wehave on offer
• Flexibility in working across a 7-day roster which involvesmornings, afternoons, nights and weekends
