Job summary

AquaZone, Warrnambool’s premier aquatic, leisure and recreation centre, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to enhance the member experience. You’ll provide friendly, proactive service in a dynamic setting at AquaZone and contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors.

The role is permanent part-time with a base salary of $69,273.10 per annum (pro-rata) and a 40-hour fortnight rostering pattern.

• Confidence using POS systems, membership databases and handling cash.
• Skills in preparing food and hot beverages.
• Availability across weekdays and weekends, within AquaZone operating hours.

AquaZone is Warrnambool’s premier aquatic, leisure and recreation centre home to indoor and outdoor pools, an expansive gym, spin studio, a wide range of fitness programs, and high quality facilities for our growing regional community.

The Benefits

This is a permanent part time position and carries a base salary of $69,273.10 per annum (pro-rata), excluding superannuation. The hours of work will be 40 hours per fortnight, as per a rostering arrangement.
