The City of Whittlesea is hiring two part-time Customer Service Officers to join our Corporate Customer Service Team. You will be the Council’s first point of contact across multiple locations, delivering professional, timely, and respectful service in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will have proven customer service experience in a similar setting. Roles operate on a fixed-term basis with no less than 24 hours per week and set shifts, providing flexibility and a supportive team

• Proven experience in customer service, contact centre operations, local government, or a similar customer-focused environment.

As a Customer Service Officer, you are Council’s first point of contact for residents, businesses, visitors and community groups. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver professional, accurate and timely customer service while helping customers access Council services, information and support.
