Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple Customer Service Officers to join their Perth Airport team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at Perth Airport with hybrid working options.

You’ll handle inbound calls, emails and live chat, delivering a great customer experience and supporting internal teams to resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, contact centre background is a plus, strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or phone-based roles.
• Contact centre experience is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support business customers across a mix of inbound phone calls, emails and live web chat, giving you plenty of variety throughout your day!

You'll help customers with everything from general enquiries to resolving issues, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and deliver a great customer experience.

You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team where you'll build your problem-solving skills, learn new systems and work towards customer service and quality targets.

About you

We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering great customer service. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in customer service, administration, reception or another phone-based role
• Contact centre experience is highly regarded
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Great attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude

• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends!
