Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Beresfield team on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will be the first point of contact for Commercial & Industrial and Municipal council customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving a range of inquiries.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Municipal council customers, delivering exceptional service and helping resolve a variety of customer enquiries. This position is a 12-month max-term parental leave contract.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Updating and maintaining customer records in Salesforce and other systems
• Coordinating with operational teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved
