InfraBuild Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service, handling general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders. You may backfill the other Customer Service Officer during leave.

The Customer Service Officer contributes to the success of the InfraBuild Recycling business by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer service standards are met.
The role is primarily responsible for general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders. The role will backfill the other Customer Service Officer role in the team to cover periods of leave.
Whilst the role is a part-time role you will be required to work additional hours (up to full-time hours) to cover periods of leave within the team.
