InfraBuild Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent part-time role in Hexham, NSW. The position involves delivering friendly service, managing payments, handling phone and email inquiries, and performing basic data entry. There is a prospect of covering additional hours to reach full-time during leave periods.

The Customer Service Officer contributes to the success of the InfraBuild Recycling business by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer service standards are met.

The role is primarily responsible for general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders. The role will backfill the other Customer Service Officer role in the team to cover periods of leave.

What you will be doing:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining an organised, professional and welcoming customer service desk area
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Responding to emails and general enquiries
• Completing basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

This is a permanent part time role - 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Whilst the role is a part-time role you will be required to work additional hours (up to full-time hours) to cover periods of leave within the team.
