Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Officer at ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company, Hemmant branch. Join a high‑performing team delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm on a rolling shift roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service over phone, email, and front counter.
• Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions.
• Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
• Enter sales data, manage invoicing, general administration and purchasing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in a similar customer‑service role.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A can‑do attitude and strong desire to learn and develop your skillset.
• Team player who can multi‑task well.

Benefits

• Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for employees with at least 12 months tenure; company also contributes superannuation during unpaid leave (limitations apply).
