InfraBuild Recycling is hiring a Customer Service Officer for a part-time role (9.30am–4pm, Mon–Fri) with potential to cover additional hours and move to full-time. You will deliver friendly, professional service at a busy desk, process payments, manage inquiries by phone and email, and perform light data entry while keeping confidentiality and accuracy at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
