Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to ensure attendees have a positive experience at events. You will be the primary point of contact for enquiries, help resolve issues on-site, and support event delivery with professional communication.

This role requires clear customer communication, problem-solving on the move, and teamwork to deliver safe and memorable events across locations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding event experiences.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming, professional environment for attendees.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from answering enquiries to escalating issues on the spot. Your role is pivotal in making each event a resounding success through stellar communication, quick problem-solving, and seamless teamwork. About the Role

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two events are the same. You will work closely with event coordinators and team members to support the successful delivery of events while providing exceptional service to attendees.

Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues quickly, and create positive customer experiences will be key to ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
