Job summary

Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team. The role involves handling inbound calls, delivering first‑level product information, order entry in SAP, and coordinating with Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will maintain email correspondence, process invoices and credits, and provide strong support to customers and freight partners. A proactive attitude and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, with a can do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Job Description

• Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
• Maintain internal email mailbox.
• Order entry on SAP.
• Process invoices and credits.
• Customer support and enquiries .
• Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.
• Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role highly desired.
• Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
• Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude.
• Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
