Job summary

Silver Water Plumbing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to lead the customer service team in NSW. The role focuses on improving sales efficiency and service delivery within a brand-new Yennora premises, reporting to the General Manager.

You will manage scheduling, customer inquiries, and service dispatch, ensuring timely audits and quality follow-up with clients and technicians. Flexible hours and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Call centre or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team following company procedures.
• Schedule jobs efficiently balancing customer needs.
• Book at least 5 home safety audits weekly.
• Monitor metrics and report on job results.
• Ensure adherence to policies and fast resolution of complaints.
• Submit daily reports within set timeframes.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule technicians.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and admin tasks.
