Job summary

Light-XR in Alexandria, Sydney NSW, is seeking a sharp, well-organised individual for a combined Customer Service and Internal Sales role. You’ll be the first contact for electricians, contractors, builders and specifiers, handling enquiries, quotes, and order processing to support our external sales team.

Light-XR is a Sydney-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial lighting, supplying projects and lighting orders across Australia. We have a mixed and varied clientele including wholesale and retail clients as well as consultants, designers and specifiers.

We're looking for a sharp, well-organised person to join the team in a combined customer service and internal sales role, supporting the external sales team and our customers directly.

The role

• First point of contact for customers - electricians, contractors, builders and specifiers
• Handling enquiries, quoting, order processing and follow-through
• Supporting the external sales team across the group
• Managing your own admin - CRM, quotes, logistics coordination
• Based in our Alexandria office
