Qualifications

• Customer service, internal sales or admin experience.
• Strong communication on phone and email.
• Willingness to learn product and grow into a wider sales role (promotion from within).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers (electricians, contractors, builders, specifiers).
• Handling enquiries, quoting, order processing and follow-through.
• Supporting the external sales team across the group.
• Managing your own admin—CRM, quotes, logistics coordination.
• Based in our Alexandria office.
