Job summary

Beacon Lighting Commercial is seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Support to join our growing team in Osborne Park. This casual role is 10am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, offering an hourly rate, incentives, staff discounts and on-site parking.

You will respond to enquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries and provide admin and sales support to ensure superb service. Ideal candidates will have internal sales or customer service experience, strong organisational skills,

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• General knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer sales enquiries and provide professional, timely service.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with stock management.
• Coordinate and organise customer deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, sales team members, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently.
• Provide accurate product and order information to customers.
• Assist with resolving customer queries and ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and complete general administration tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Beacon Lighting Commercial is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Support team member to join our team at our Osborne Park office.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Australian business and play an important role in supporting our sales team, servicing customers and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Commercial Sales team, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and providing administration and sales support to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience within the lighting or electrical industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• General knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes
