Job summary

Beacon Lighting Pty Ltd in Osborne Park invites applications for an Internal Sales Support to back our Commercial Sales team. This casual, 10am–3pm role focuses on responding to customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely service.

You'll work with our sales team, warehouse and logistics to maintain stock levels, provide accurate product information and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience within the lighting or electrical industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• General knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer sales enquiries and provide professional, timely service
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer requirements
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with stock management
• Coordinate and organise customer deliveries
• Liaise with customers, sales team members, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently
• Provide accurate product and order information to customers
• Assist with resolving customer queries and ensuring issues are followed through to completion
• Maintain accurate records and complete general administration tasks
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment

Beacon Lighting Commercial is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Support team member to join our team at our Osborne Park office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Australian business and play an important role in supporting our sales team, servicing customers and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

This is a casual opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm, with no weekend work required. You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate, performance-based incentives, generous team member discounts and on-site parking.

THE ROLE
