Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding experience across reception, bookings, and hospitality. You will welcome guests, answer enquiries, host events, and assist with food and drinks, while keeping the centre clean and inviting for families and players alike.

You’ll join a dynamic team across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties, with a proactive, energetic approach and a commitment to superb service.

Qualifications

Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
Fully flexible including evenings and weekends.
Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
Identify sales opportunities and host events.
Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
Work across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties.
