Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will manage bookings, answer queries, host events, and assist across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and party hosting.

We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude; training will be provided. Roles are flexible, including evenings and weekends, with staff perks and staff discounts available.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working in a fun environment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Confidence, energy and a positive attitude are required; rest can be taught.
• Eligible to work from age 16 with education completed; some duties for under-18 may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and customer enquiries to provide an excellent experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, parties).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
