Job summary

iPlay Tenpin City Lidcombe is seeking an energetic Venue Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experience and grow the bowling business. You will manage a team across league and social bowling, arcade entertainment and events, reporting to the Regional Manager.

We value hands-on leadership, strong commercial sense and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a venue team and driving guest experience.
• Strong knowledge of league and social bowling operations.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, budgets and reporting.
