Job summary

Game Over North Lakes is seeking Attractions Team Members and Cashier/Reception Staff to welcome guests and support front-of-house duties across go-karting, bowling, mini golf and arcade experiences.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or entertainment experience, a positive attitude, strong communication, neat presentation and RSA. Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays is preferred; training and growth opportunities are offered in a busy family entertainment centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events or customer service is preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability and enthusiasm are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high service standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Neat and professional personal presentation is expected.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays is preferred.
• RSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting with reception and front-of-house duties.
• Delivering safety briefings and operating go-kart sessions.
• Supervising bowling, mini golf, batting cage and arcade attractions.
• Hosting birthday parties, group bookings and events.
• Assisting with food, beverage and catering services.
