Job summary

Timezone Erina is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to help run the multi-faceted Erina venue and inspire the team. You’ll have input and influence over the venue's success and champion our values every day, while supporting the Venue Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead with hands-on management, build strong relationships for corporate and social bookings, and drive results with a sharp focus on guest happiness and financial performance.

Qualifications

• WWCC (Working With Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Hands-on, effective leader with multi-faceted hospitality/entertainment venue experience.
• Pro-active and innovative leader who inspires the team to perform.
• Strong relationship builder for corporate and social bookings.
• Focus on guest experience and ensuring guests leave smiling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and guest experience for the venue.
• Support and partner with Venue Manager to drive performance.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver outstanding service.

What is the role? As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Timezone Erina venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

• You must hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
• You must hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
