Job summary

Qualifications
- Must enjoy working in a fun environment and deliver excellent customer service.
- Confidence, energy and a positive attitude are required; rest can be taught.
- Eligible to work from age 16 with education completed; some duties for under-18 may be limited.
Responsibilities
- Manage reception bookings and customer enquiries to provide an excellent experience.
- Identify sales opportunities and host events across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, parties).
- Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
