Job summary

Ace Landscape and Turf Supplies is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders, assisting at the front counter, and supporting delivery coordination in Belrose/Sydney. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

You will help manage orders, schedule deliveries, assist customers with product selection and timing, and support drivers to ensure efficient delivery runs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Good with numbers (quantities, weights, truck loads).
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Experience in landscaping, building supplies, logistics, or similar is highly regarded.
• Experience in a fast-paced phone-based role (trades, logistics, retail, or hospitality) will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

About Us

Ace Landscapes is a well-established, family-run business serving the Northern Beaches for over 30 years. We supply landscaping materials to both trade and retail customers, and our office team plays a critical role in keeping orders flowing and deliveries running smoothly.

About the Role

This is not a typical admin role. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key part of our daily operations—taking orders, helping customers in person, and supporting the coordination of deliveries with our drivers.

Work Requirements

• Availability for at least 3 days per week
• Must be available for Saturday shifts (at least twice per month)
• Hours between 6:30am – 5:00pm (varied shifts)
