Tunstall Australasia in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, is inviting applications for Customer Service Consultant roles, available as part-time (30.4 hours per week) or full-time positions. You will be the frontline contact for clients, families and service providers, delivering exceptional support and solutions for telecare devices.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, empathy, detail-orientation and the ability to learn new systems.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to answer phone and email professionally.
• Ability to use computer systems and learn new software.
• Ability to work with diverse customers.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist clients with product and service enquiries.
• Process installations of new medical alarm units and connected devices.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for alarm devices.
• Recommend suitable products and explain how they work.
• Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
