Tunstall, a global leader in telecare solutions, seeks a Growth and Customer Engagement Consultant in Brisbane. Deliver high-quality customer service across community, government, and direct clients, guiding onboarding and product recommendations.

You will manage leads, ensure accurate records, and support portfolio growth. You will be the main contact for enquiries, build relationships with stakeholders, and help customers understand how alarms work while maintaining exceptional service

Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy and patience in interactions with clients.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent resilience and listening skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions.
• Computer-literate with quick learning of new systems.
• Strong phone manner and clear written communications.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary point of contact for product and service enquiries via phone and email.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support onboarding of new alarms.
• Respond to new and existing client inquiries and requests.
• Manage assigned leads, follow up on opportunities, and support campaigns.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and admin tasks.
• Recommend suitable products and explain benefits to clients.
• Answer alarm enquiries for new customers.
• Troubleshoot non-urgent medical alarm enquiries.
