Job summary

Tunstall Australasia in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, is seeking a customer service representative to support clients with telecare devices and installations. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, address requests, and process installations, ensuring accurate data and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
• Able to handle calls and emails with empathy and clarity.
• Comfort with data entry and basic software systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for non-urgent product and service enquiries.
• Assess requests and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Process installations of new medical alarm units and devices connected to the ARC.
• Respond to calls and online enquiries and provide initial fault support.
• Suggest suitable products and explain usage to clients.
• Update client information and perform data entry.

This position is advertised as full-time; however, we are also open to applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements.

You'll be based in our Eagle Farm office, with hybrid work opportunities available once trained.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary point of contact (via phone and email) for non-urgent product and service enquiries

• Ascertain the nature of client requests and address them accordingly

• Process installations of new medical alarm units and devices that are connected to our Emergency Response Centre

• Respond to new and current client telephone calls and online enquiries

• Provide first-level fault support and troubleshooting to clients experiencing alarm issues

• Recommend the most suitable products, explaining how they work to existing and new clients

• Update the client database to ensure that the information is correct and perform general data entry
