Job summary

The Club in Caroline Springs is seeking a Gaming Attendant for casual shifts within Pegasus Leisure Group. You will contribute to a welcoming gaming environment, handle cash with accuracy, and support promotions while ensuring responsible gambling practices are upheld.

This role suits someone with hospitality experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• RSG certification is required.
• Current Gaming Licence is required.
• Do Food Safe Certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately and efficiently.
• Support venue promotions and loyalty program inquiries.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at The Club in Caroline Springson a Casual basis.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.

The Club is a premier dining complex situated in Caroline Springs and has become a great venue within the community. Offering a family friendly environment, great service and a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy. Boasting magnificent modern facilities including a large bistro with a designated kid’s area, function room, sports bar and more.

About Us

Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
• Current Gaming Licence
• Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
