Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and assist customers at POS.
• Lead and manage team members to meet targets and service standards.
• Accurately roster staff and coordinate shift coverage.
• Coach, train and performance manage team members as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the store.
• Liaise with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee ordering and cost-control activities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and delegation in daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and external stakeholders
