Job summary

Drakes Samford store is seeking a motivated leader to guide the Customer Service department. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and oversee a small team, create rosters, place orders and conduct stock takes to ensure service excellence.

The role offers on-the-ground leadership in a busy supermarket environment with a focus on guest experience, team development and adherence to safety standards. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to supervise team members.

About this opportunity:

Our Samford store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
