Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated leader for Sun Valley store to head the Customer Service department. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage a small team, build rosters, place orders and oversee stock takes, while maintaining exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

About this opportunity:

Our Sun Valley store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
