Job summary

TSA Group - Australia, in Adelaide, is hiring an entry‑level Customer Service and Sales Representative to engage everyday customers with Telstra products and services. You’ll receive a base salary of A$53,290 plus super and uncapped commissions, with first‑year OTE around A$80,000.

• Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
• Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
• Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
• Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.
