Job summary

Telco Services Australia Pty Ltd (TSA) in Adelaide is hiring an entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in partnership with Telstra, Australia’s leading telecom provider. With a base salary of 55,290 AUD plus superannuation and uncapped commissions, first-year on-target earnings are 80,000 AUD+.

You’ll answer inbound calls, advise customers on Telstra products, and help everyday Australians by offering solutions that fit their needs, with a rotating schedule Monday

• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:30pm schedule, 9am - 5:30pm for Saturday Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
• Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
• Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
• Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
