Job summary

TSA Group Australia, in Adelaide, is seeking enthusiastic customer service and sales professionals to join our Telstra partnership. Start with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and potential for OTE over AU$80k, with training and ongoing support.

Enjoy a rotating Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, plus two work-from-home days after training. Benefit from retention bonuses, career progression, and health insurance discounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
• Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
• Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
• Confidently de‑escalate any customer grievances.
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
