Job summary

Scania Australia is seeking a customer-focused planner to join the Richlands team in Brisbane. You will build strong relationships with customers, coordinate service bookings and ensure needs are met throughout the Scania experience.

You will be the first point of contact, manage vehicle check-ins and bookings, and handle administrative duties with care. A supportive training environment is provided to develop planning skills and software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive positive business outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good computer skills.
• Accuracy with data entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact, welcoming customers.
• Check in vehicles.
• Make service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & customer portal.
• Update customers with clear communication.
• Invoice completed work orders.
• Return keys to customers.
• Book courtesy cars.
• Perform general administrative duties.
