Job summary

Scania Richlands is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy, supportive Parts team. Based in Richlands, you will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, process invoices and payments, and ensure parts availability in collaboration with the Workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers and staff.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Accurately complete documentation including invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with Workshop to ensure availability of parts.
• Load and unload parts and place them in correct locations.
• Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels.
