Job summary

Scania Richlands is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our service team. You will develop strong customer relationships, ensure their needs are met throughout their Scania experience, and support us as the face of Scania.

You will welcome customers, check in vehicles, and arrange service and repair bookings across email, in person, phone and the customer portal. Attention to data entry and timely communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in data entry and admin tasks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised.
  • Experience in planning or scheduling is helpful (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers.

What you will do

You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, through developing strong customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
As the face of Scania, you will:

  • Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers
  • Checking in their vehicles
  • Making service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania software
  • Updating customers - great communication skills
  • Invoicing of completed work orders
  • Return keys to customer
  • Booking courtesy cars
  • General administrative duties
  • Planner experience required but not essential (training is provided)
  • Accuracy with data entry
Who you are
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good computer skills
  • Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
