Strawberry Seed Consulting is assisting a well-established business in Melbourne's northern suburbs to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. This critical on-site role handles client inquiries, coordinates service jobs and parts orders, and supports internal sales while reporting to the MD and Service Manager.

The successful candidate is organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a busy setting.

Competenze

• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, administration or service coordination.
• Excellent communication skills over phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer calls and emails with excellent service.
• Create, schedule and coordinate service jobs and requests.
• Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders and warranty claims.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff and service technicians to coordinate jobs and parts.
• Provide internal sales support, including contacting clients about products and specials.
• Follow up on quotes and inform clients of order progress and service updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems (e.g. SimPRO).
• Assist with general administration tasks to support business operations.
